Graduation Requirements

ENS requires students to earn fifty-three Carnegie unit credits, in four years of high school, to graduate and receive their diploma. Students will take a minimum of twenty-five courses during their high school career and will need to complete a senior project, in order to earn an ENS diploma.

As a part of the new graduation requirements, students will have a choice of International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Courses in grades eleven and twelve; Advanced Placement (AP) College Board Courses in grades eleven and twelve; and/or our standard ENS college preparatory classes.

These course selection patterns are being developed so that students who successfully pass IB and AP course exams will gain admission with advanced candidacy status at major colleges and universities throughout the world.
